Steve has been the UK space editor for ADS Advance for the past five years. ADS is the trade body for the aerospace, defence and security industries in the UK.

As such, Steve is responsible for all UK space stories such as Astrium's Mars Rover, RAL Space's contribution to the James Webb Space Telescope and SSTL's work on micro satellite technology at the University of Surrey.

He has built up a strong network of contacts in the space industry and regularly attends space conferences around the UK.

With a degree in physics, and a background that includes radio communications technology, he is ideally placed to cover these stories
